LEGAL NOTICE
Marion City Planning Commission will hear the following application for a rezoning request on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Marion City Hall, 2nd Floor, 233 West Center Street, Marion.
Lots 2112, 2111, 2093 and 5355 – rezone lots and vacated alley sections and Monroe Street area from R-2 (Residential District) to I-1 (Limited Industrial District) (Applicant, Nachurs Alpine Solutions Corp.)
Along with the rezoning application the Commission will hear the following application for a Street and Alley Vacation Request the same evening:
(A) 12’ wide north/south alley between lots 2111 and 2112.
(B) “L” shaped, 16’ wide north/south alley between lots 2093 and 5355 and a 12’ wide east/west alley north of lot 5355.
(C) Monroe Street road segment between lots 2011 and 2093 (Applicant, Nachurs Alpine Solutions Corp.)
