Item 1. Ms. Evelyn Warr-Cummings of Regional Planning to present the 1st public hearing for all 2015 CDBG Grant programs available to the City of Marion.
Item 2. ORDINANCE 2015-16: ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 2014-10 WHEREAS THE AQUATICS CENTER MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION IS IN NEED OF FURTHER REFINEMENT TO EXPAND THE PRE-SEASON MARKETING OF MEMBERSHIPS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY (Municipal Services 3-0)
Item 3. ORDINANCE 2015-17: ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2014-10 WHICH CHANGED SALARIES FOR AQUATICS CENTER, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY (Municipal Services 3-0)
Item 4. ORDINANCE 2015-18: ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH HENDERSON PRODUCTS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DUMP BODY WITH PLOW FOR THE STREETS DEPARTMENT AND WITH INTERNATIONAL FOR THE CHASSIS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY (Finance 3-0)
