      • ORDINANCE:  AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF BONDS IN THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $11,429,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COSTS OF REFUNDING BONDS PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BY THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COSTS OF VARIOUS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AND VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY’S STORM WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SYSTEMS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

As a reminder, it is our intention that these meetings mirror an “in chambers” meeting as much as possible.  As it turns out, these expectations also support good security practices for Zoom. 

  • Please make sure that you are on time.  Late arrivals will be admitted from the waiting room by the clerk as time allows. During some discussions, there could be an extended wait to enter the meeting.
  • Please make sure that your video is ON, that you are in front of the camera, and that your microphone is MUTED.  Please be aware that failure to follow these simple protocols throughout the entire meeting may result in you being removed. 

Please remember that all meetings are posted to our YouTube channel.  If technical problems arise or you are unable to be present during the meeting, you may watch the meeting usually later in the week.  Please also be advised that Zoom has had a host of technical problems lately, most likely due to heavy usage.  If you have problems getting in or get disconnected, please just sign back in again for admittance.
