A recording is rebroadcast on Spectrum Channel 1022 every day at 12 am, 8 am, and 4 pm.

The Clerk has performed a full audit of committee minutes to assure that committees have approved all minutes during the term. In some cases, there was a delay in preparing minutes or an oversight because of remote working during COVID19. In others, minutes were overlooked on the agenda and not approved. Video of committee meetings is now streamed live and playback is available immediately at the conclusion of the meeting.
