Utility Billing Department Window Set to Re-Open to the Public

Mayor Scott Schertzer is announcing that the Utility Billing Department will re-open to the public beginning Monday, January 4, 2021.  The department will be open during the hours that City Hall is open to the public, which is from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Monday through Friday. 

Additional options for making payments outside of the hours listed above are: 

• Make payments online (https://www.marionohio.us/online-utility-payment),
   
• Send payment through U.S. Postal Service,
   
• Automatic bank draft (contact Utility Billing Department for additional information), or
   
• Place payment in the locking drop box between the two front doors of City Hall.
