Used Tire Recycling
The City of Marion does not have the ability to accept tires through its’ normal sanitation & recycling program.
Due to the many EPA requirements involved in the recycling of tires, it is best to leave your old tires at the location where you purchase new tires. A few local businesses accept a small number of tires when space is available. If you have more than ten (10) tires, you must make arrangements with a state certified tire hauler for the legal transportation of your tires to a recycling facility. Fees are involved when disposing of tires.
Local businesses that may accept used tires are:
Business Name | Business Address | Phone |
Logan Tire | 960 Kenton Ave. | 740-383-1814 |
NTB | 1622 Marion Mt Gilead Rd. | 740-389-4266 |
Note: FEES WILL APPLY. Call in advance for pricing and space availability. |
